DBGT - Bebi Saga

Another 10 years have passed, Pilaf is back, has gathered all the Dragonballs and wished for Goku to be a child once again. Informed by Mr. Popo, the only way Goku can be returned to an adult state is by finding the Black Star Dragonballs which are scattered all over space.
Goku, his granddaughter Pan and Trunks go out into space and battle many lesser villians. On one planet they meet Bebi who then sneaks aboard the trio's ship which is headed to Earth.

Once on Earth, Bebi takes over bodies of people on Earth in hopes to find a powerful host. First jumping into Goten and Gohan, he finally finds the most powerful being, Vegeta! By this time, Goku had used the Dragonballs to become an adult again and Bebi had used the Dragonballs to bring the Tuffels planet back. Vegeta transforms into Bebi-Vegeta and a battle with Goku follows.

Goku is no challenge for Bebi and out of nowhere Kai decides to expose Goku's newly grown tail to cause him to change into Oozaru (Giant Ape). Exposure to the moon does the job and Goku transforms, but even as Oozaru, he is no match for Bebi-Vegeta once he aswell decides to turn into Super Bebi (Oozaru Bebi-Vegeta).

Goku then takes control of himself and realizes he can achieve a higher level. By controlling himelf he is able to transform into a Super Saiyan 4. Bebi-Vegeta realizes he can acheive Super Saiyan 4 as well and now becomes one, but Goku soon defeats Bebi Vegeta. Bulma uses the Dragonballs and wishes back all those killed by Bebi-Vegeta.
